Shipping Policy — Multiplication Wizard

Digital Delivery
Multiplication Wizard is a fully digital product. There is no physical item shipped to you. Upon completing your purchase, your license key is delivered electronically:
- Individual and Family Basic orders: your license key is available immediately via the order confirmation page and confirmation email.
- Tutor and Classroom orders: your license key set (parent key plus student seat keys) is delivered by email, typically within minutes of purchase.
Because delivery is instant and electronic, there is no shipping cost, no shipping address required, and no transit or delivery time to account for.
If you do not receive your license key within a reasonable time after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@multiplicationwizard.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
Future Physical Products
Should Little Shop of Wonders offer physical products or merchandise in the future, this policy will be updated to include shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and applicable geographic restrictions at that time. Any physical order will be shipped only after this policy has been updated to reflect those terms.
