Return and Refund Policy — Multiplication Wizard

Multiplication Wizard license keys are digital goods, delivered electronically immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final, and purchases cannot be refunded once completed, other than in the circumstances described below.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
- Your license key does not work due to a technical issue on our end
To qualify for any of the above exceptions, your license key must not have been activated. Once a key has been activated on a device, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund, as the product has been delivered and accessed as intended.
How to Request an Exception
Contact us at support@multiplicationwizard.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within two business days and will work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate problems.
